Our shows and entire touring schedule have been pretty much sold out for the last 2 years. We really encourage all schools, theatres and other clients to book REALLY early now for 2009, by going to each individual show page and filling in the booking form on there. We obviously have a little bit of movement in our schedules all the time so can often accommodate late bookers but it's becoming a lot more difficult these days!
If you really want a show for this year or much sooner than the usual year-in-advance booking procedure Alpha usually requires, email us by hitting the contact us page, or call 1300 850 658 today.

Beauty and the Beast is now ON SALE for 2007! We are going to be touring our classic Theatre-in-Education show to NSW for the first time, as well as new Victorian schools. We recently received accreditation for NSW and can also be found on the department website.
This show has toured to almost 60,000 children and is a proven way to bring an amazing theatrical event to your school that is focussed on being your best, a lot of fun and a great celebration for the entire school.
All other shows are available only by special request as they are all sold out already for current customers. A reminder that all Alpha Shows are now sold out well in advance so please get in fast, preferably a year or more in advance so you don't miss out.

Today we updated the worksheets for Beauty and the Beast. If you have already had this show, we encourage you to download all 3 of the worksheets or at least the updated one for Years 5 and 6, as it really is a useful tool to use for after the show.

Today, the Curriculum Discussion Page was updated.
It is now essentially a paper on our responsibilities as educators and how and why Alpha Shows go beyond the old concepts of Theatre-in-Education. It also helps turn an often well-maintained opinion of some schools who struggle to justify inviting Alpha to their school based on fears and misinterpretations that the shows aren't relevant to the curriculum.
