Philoctetes (James Bodin) teaches Hercules, Megara and the audience how to deal with past pain that prevents forgiveness & causes us to use anger and violence to attempt to solve problems. As we feel and release painful childhood experiences, we find we naturally come to a place of forgiveness and can easily step up to be a true hero.
