Katja loves Alpha, as it gives the audience an amazingly fun and exciting experience, as well as learning and awareness through fun and entertainment! As the Creative Director for Alpha she has many responsibilities including overall messaging and direction of all shows, script writing including adaptations of lyrics, and managing other design staff including artists, costume designers, set builders and technical staff. She has spearheaded multiple new marketing and creative projects for the company from conception through to completion and has transformed the quality of the shows as a result. As Director of Talent she also is the primary point of contact and liaison for all staff and on the road tours. She also manages any challenges with staff members and makes sure they are taken care of to the highest level, and has managed large teams on tour and as a highly skilled Tour Manager, Director and Choreographer for Alpha.
